Incoming materials, winding, casting, drying, oil filling, assembly and final testing are controlled as documented production gates before shipment.
INCOMING MATERIALS
Control starts before production.
Steel, copper, insulation, resin, oil and purchased components are checked against project documents and approved supplier requirements. Material records remain traceable to the transformer serial number.

Routine, type and special tests.
The in-house test centre supports dry-type, liquid-immersed and substation testing. Project-specific test plans can include routine tests, type tests, temperature-rise checks, impulse tests, partial discharge and special tests where applicable.
DOCUMENTATION
Documents follow the unit.
Test reports, inspection records, nameplate data, packing lists and project documentation are prepared against the approved scope, then linked to the shipment record.
